I am a mother, first and foremost. I have many other roles. As much as I care for others, I rarely care for myself. This is my safe place. A place to vent, to let go, to rant, to rave, to share. I have passions, hobbies, among them art, music, photography. I am southern to the core, born and raised in a small coastal community in N.C. Growing up on the coast taught me to stop to appreciate the beauty in everything around me. We have a slower way of life and I wouldn’t trade it.
